SOME FOODS TO HELP WITH NICOTINE WITHDRAWAL

1)OATS
If you eat some oats or oat bran,you may be able to curb the nicotine urge when stopping smoking.
Tests have been conducted in Scotland with some pretty astonishing results 5 out of 13 smokers after eating oats,
stopped entirely and 7 cut their nicotine cravings by 50%.

2)Spinach or Beet Greens
Eating spinach or beet-greens,helps to recirculate the nicotine in the body,leading to less craving.
When trying to quit smoking, eat foods that are low in acid and high in alkalines.

EASIER TO QUIT:spinach,raisins,beet-greens,figs,almonds, and dandelion-greens

HARDER TO QUIT:alcohol,red-meat,cheese,eggs,peanuts,chicken
plums,prunes,cranberries, and coffee

With the rising price of cigarettes and their associated health risks, I hope this will do some good.
Becoming a recent non-smoker myself, I was fortunate and did it cold turkey.
